If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, simply email our customer service team at contact@fluffyz.store. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the problem

  • Photo or video evidence of the damage

  • The tracking number associated with your order

Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed the issue, you can choose between two options:

Replacement
We’ll send you a brand-new plush item free of charge.

Refund
We’ll issue a full refund, including any shipping fees, back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
